Floating ball valves can be divided into 1-piece, 2-piece, and 3-piece types in terms of structure. Three piece ball valves and gate valves belong to the same type of valve, with the difference being that their closing member is a ball, which rotates around the centerline of the valve body to achieve opening and closing.
One piece ball valve and flange gate valve belong to the same type of valve, with the difference being that their closing part is a sphere, which rotates around the centerline of the valve body to achieve opening and closing. Ball valves are mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the flow direction of the medium.
One piece ball valve is a relatively new type of ball valve, which has some unique advantages of its own structure, such as frictionless switch, less prone to sealing wear, and small opening and closing torque. This can reduce the specifications of the equipped actuator. Equipped with a multi turn electric actuator, it can adjust and tightly cut off the medium. Product features:
1. Low fluid resistance, ball valves are the type of valve with the lowest fluid resistance among all types of valves. Even for reduced diameter ball valves, their fluid resistance is relatively small;
2. The switch is fast and convenient. As long as the valve stem rotates 90 degrees, the ball valve can complete the full open or full close action, making it easy to achieve fast opening and closing;
