Product introduction:
The Y43X series proportional pressure reducing valve utilizes the pressure difference generated by different load areas on both ends of the piston inside the valve body to change the pressure after the valve, achieving the purpose of pressure reduction. It has a beautiful appearance, reliable quality, accurate pressure reducing ratio, stable operation, high applicable temperature, long service life, and can reduce both dynamic pressure and static pressure. It can be installed horizontally and vertically. The pressure reducing ratio of the proportional pressure reducing valve is 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 3:2, 5:2, etc. Special proportion pressure reducing valves can also be designed according to requirements.
Under the action of inlet pressure P1, the Y43X proportional pressure reducing valve pushes the floating piston open and the medium passes through. The pressure difference caused by the different cross-sectional areas at both ends of the piston changes the pressure behind the valve, which means that in the case of pressure in the pipeline, the area ratio at both ends of the piston constitutes the pressure ratio before and after the valve. No matter how the pressure in front of the valve changes, the static pressure and dynamic pressure behind the valve can be reduced proportionally to the corresponding pressure value. This series of valves can be widely used in pipeline systems that require pressure reduction, such as production and domestic water supply, fire water supply, and high-rise building water supply.
